According to Gebauer (2010), associates are great idea for the company. Wal-Mart employees or staff are regarded as 'associates' since it is believed that they all work together to make the company remain at the top. These associates are tremendous resources of experience and knowledge which are the ideal resources to keep the business moving. Some do come up with great ideas which after putting to test help improve on the company's profit stand. The reason for this relates to the fact that most associate are exposed to a problem before the manager do, hence have opportunity to bring up an idea. The fact that their idea are being put to use also stimulate their personal pride hence encourage them to put more into the company.
